Everything you need to know about your Evarie order — care, shipping, returns and a little more.

Products

To keep your pajamas feeling soft and fresh, machine wash them on cold and tumble dry on low. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they may affect the fabric's natural softness. Always separate bamboo items from rougher clothes like jeans and dry them promptly to maintain their softness and shape.

Shipping

The delivery time information is provided directly when you place your order. Generally, processing your order takes between 2 to 3 business days. After that, the delivery time depends on the shipping method you chose.

Please note that during peak times, such as sales, holidays, or special promotions, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We encourage you to check the tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been given to the post office, we're not held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please make sure the address you input for your order is correct.

Yes, you can track your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address once the order has been placed. However, if you need to update the address, please contact us as soon as possible at evarie.officiall@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

You can return your items within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund.

The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and free of odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

We have the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. All refunds are for the item price only and do not include any delivery charges.

Due to limited stock availability, we only offer refunds, and do not exchange.

Payment

If we experience unusual and suspicious activity from a purchase, we have the right to refuse and block your account from future purchases. We may take preventative measures to protect our company from any shipping or fraudulent order mishaps.

(If your order comes out as HIGH RISK fraud we have the right to refuse your order.)
